I’m really not sure where to begin with the review. I will start by saying, 5 stars is nowhere near enough for the exceptional service Stacey has provided us since the end of 2022. After getting engaged in Sep 2022, I knew I wanted a wedding planner to help my dream wedding become a reality. My fiancé and I had a few calls with planners, but when I had my call with Stacey, I knew she was the one I needed. We hired Stacey as our full wedding planner and trust me - how worth it Stacey is. Stacey has a fun, charismatic and charming nature which instantly made us feel at ease. My mum and I always love a dance, so the fact Stacey had the ‘Spice Girls’ in her insta bio - we knew she was the one for us. Stacey has worked tirelessly since then, coordinating with suppliers, replying to emails and making my stress melt away as a bride. The thing I find really unique about Stacey is she is genuinely ALWAYS on hand. She is only a message, or phone-call away and will never let you go to bed feeling stressed or upset about the wedding. Stacey has been to venue visits with us, we have had numerous calls and zoom calls with her and the service Stacey has provided is faultless, I have been truly gobsmacked with how efficient Stacey is. Whenever there has been issues, Stacey has dealt with them. Stacey has offered me advice, and I feel as though we have been a dream team together in this wedding. Stacey valued my opinion, but also knew when her professional judgement was best. She understood our needs to a T and recommended suppliers who fitted our vision and budget. The past 18 months has been an easy, fun ride due to Stacey and I feel genuinely said this part of the wedding process has come to an end. I will miss our whatsapps, voice notes and all that happened in between. You are an angel Stacey.
Now if we thought the lead up was enough, the on the day service was MIND BLOWING. Stacey and her 2 coordinators, Jess and Kelly made our day memorable and all round perfect. Stacey arrived and came to check on me, she calmed me down and reassured me everything was going well. Stacey and her team took control of everything which meant I could, and also my family/bridesmaids could relax. They set up the card table, easels and most importantly the ceremony room decor which I was most nervous about. They welcomed guests, they moved decor around during the day and the most important job of them all - looked after my handbag!!!! They genuinely made sure all guests had the best day ever and were always on hand to help. Stacey and her team also ensured guests got on the coach safely which was a massive help, as we did not need to worry. Stacey and her team are fab.
I cannot even put into words how much we love Stacey. She is a credit to her profession and genuinely, one of the most caring, efficient and lovely people we have ever met. We have already had so many people tell us this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to due to how well-planned it was, and some asking for Staceys number!!!!

Typical dad..."why do you want to spend that money on something we can do ourselves?" I am also not afraid to say I was wrong!!!!! Hearing about your involvement in the build up to the wedding (early days of venue selection, caterers etc etc right through to the Thursday before - even though it took 2 hours to get to Somerley) and then seeing you and your team in action on the day..........wow, wow, wow. Thank you so so much for helping make the day even more special than it was. The simple fact is we did not need to worry about anything behind the scenes and we could focus on our guests, enjoying the day/venue and of course the bride and groom.”

Stacey was absolutely amazing from start to finish. If you’re thinking of booking her, do it!!
She has such a wealth of experience which was so helpful during the planning process, especially when we weren’t really sure what we should be doing, it just made it so much easier.
Every time we spoke to Stacey in the run up to the wedding it felt like a huge weight off as she just had everything handled and it was so reassuring.
On the day she was absolutely invaluable - sorting issues we didn’t even know had occurred, checking in with suppliers, making sure the Photo Booth was in the best place etc. she was just fantastic.
We had such an stress-free and enjoyable day and I have absolutely no doubt that without Stacey it would’ve been very different!
So a huge thank you to both Stacey and Beth for all their help and for taking the stress off us, it was an incredible day :)

When Stacey says she “loves weddings”she really really does! From planning meetings to the day we valued every opinion she had. Nothing was too much trouble and she gave me the confidence to follow what I wanted to do for our big day.

Stacey, Jess and the bar team were so much fun, but also so professional throughout the day. They sorted any issues quickly and I didn't realise until after the day that anything had even gone wrong! Stacey made sure everything came together on the day, and even our guests commented on how great her and her team were.
You can tell its not just a job they all really care about the day, and want to make it perfect for you. Every little detail is considered and they go above and beyond to bring your vision to life! I was able to relax and enjoy the day without having to worry about anything!

Stacey and her team were absolutely incredible - from my first power hour, I felt the stress melt away. Keeping in touch, providing advice and reassurance but on the day, Stacey was the first person I saw when I stepped out of my wedding car - heading to the the venue. She stood in the rain, holding a brolley for me as we walked together.
She organised the day, with timings, photographs, difficult family members and genuinely just such a lovely team.

I stumbled across Stacey Page Weddings on Instagram and started discussing my requirements for my wedding, which took place in August 2023. I am so glad that I did. Right from the offset from our introductory phone calls, and final detail meetings, I felt completely at ease (I can be very difficult to please). Stacey normally attends a wedding event with two other co-ordinators, however I opted to pay for additional 2 co-ordinators meaning that Stacey team for my wedding event would be 5 person strong. Having researched the market place for event co-ordinators, Stacey's services were extremely cost effective and competitive.
Weddings are normally stressful as they are and generally family members are running around organising things, however this was not the case at my wedding event. Stacey and her team handled every single matter and detail to PERFECTION. My entire guestlist noticed and commended Stacey and her team on her organisation and management of the day. I could not have asked any more of her. She delivered above and beyond of my expectations and my expectations were very high, especially I myself am within the hospitality industry.
Asian weddings are normally filled with lots of traditions and cultural differences and Stacey and her team ensured that they were well educated and informed ahead of the event of all these traditions.
As well as ensuring that my event went exactly how I wanted it to and without a hitch, it put a massive smile on my face to see that Stacey and her team themselves enjoyed the management of the wedding event, engaged with all my guests and vendors and were seen to be having a great time!
I cannot thank you enough Stacey and your wonderful team of co-ordinators. Thank you for making my wedding event such a special and memorable one. I will forever be singing your praises!

I originally found Stacey via Instagram as I was looking for an on the day coordinator as soon as I contacted her I knew she was the one. She took everything off my hands and made the lead up to our wedding so relaxing & enjoyable. Regardless at how many times I messaged to change things she was always happy to do so. I honestly have no words at how amazing Stacey & her team are, they are willing to go above and beyond and will literally do ANYTHING you ask them too!
It was so hot on the day and my fiancé and I was constantly being fanned by Stacey & Vicki, they ensured we had a drink straight after the ceremony, they looked after our dog, they helped do my dress up in the evening, the list is endless at what they done for us to ensure our day was perfect. Our guests complimented how lovely they both were and how smoothly the day went.

I cannot recommend Stacey and her team ENOUGH. Her and Vicki were absolutely Incredible both in the lead up to our day and on our wedding day itself. I can hand on heart say our wedding day would not have gone as perfectly as it did without them both. They did SO much for us, both planned and unplanned, from helping set up the rooms, to helping guests with their outfits, ensuring our day ran on time, to grabbing my trainers from my room to change into, to looking after my special garlic sauce all day so I had it with my pizza in the evening! No task was ever a problem to Stacey and Vicki and it was like having two extra friends there, who were just running round for us ensuring we were happy. They are so efficient, friendly and so incredibly organised. Stacey and Vicki we cannot thank you enough!!!
You truly made our wedding special and took every single bit of on the day stress away from us. If you are ever even so slightly thinking about a wedding coordinator, I can tell you that Stacey and her team are worth every single penny and their absolutely weight in gold.

Thank you thank you THANK YOU to Jess and Stacey at Stacey Page Weddings! Stacey helped us in organising our 10 Year Wedding Anniversary Party, I must admit we were not very good at knowing exactly what we wanted for the day but Stacey was more than happy to listen to our ideas and happily let us know what she thought was good (or not so good!).
The reason we decided to look into an events planner was because both myself and my Husband work full time and our free time was spent with our young Daughter and just general life admin so we just knew we wouldn't have the time or capability to do everything that needed to be done and on time! Stacey was fab, always contactable and easily brought our vision to life in what ended up being an amazing festival themed party. All of our guests spoke about how amazing it was and a huge huge thanks has to go to Jess Hulbert who was our 'On the day' coordinator, she was amazing and having her there meant we were able to have fun and enjoy ourselves whilst she was in charge of making sure it ran smoothly. She received lots of compliments because of how friendly she was and professional in everything she done.

I cannot recommend Stacey and her team enough. Stacey came on board as our full wedding planner and was heavily involved in our planning from start to finish to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of (which it absolutely was and more!!). Stacey took the stress out of planning a wedding and was there on the end of a phone call or email whenever we needed her. She had fantastic supplier connections which made it so easy to plan out and book suppliers in for our day. We had a marquee ‘DIY’ wedding so there was so much to think about, but Stacey kept a level head throughout and kept us both calm and relaxed.
On the day of our wedding we had her fantastic team coordinating our day, a special thanks to Jess, Dana and Kate who made sure the whole day ran smoothly. The girls were on hand for anything we needed and became such an important part of our day and we couldn’t have done it without them. They were heavily involved in the final touches at our wedding venue, making sure everything was how we wanted and ready for our guests. Jess was primarily with me and my bridesmaids in the morning, making sure we had everything we needed and taking last minute things to the venue. Dana and Kate were also there and at the church to assist me once if arrived. Dana ensured we had drinks ready for our arrival after the ceremony and Kate saved me with eyelash glue when I had a slight issue at the church! I could honestly go on and on about how amazing they all were.
Stacey, thank you, thank you for being such an important part of our wedding planning and being one of the most important parts of our day, we could not have done it without you.

Stacey did an incredible job as our on-the-day coordinator. Leading up to the wedding we had a thorough check-in meeting with her to go through our big day and then the day before the wedding she was also on hand to go through any last minute plans & details. She was very professional and super knowledgeable and really put us at ease for what can be quite a stressful day!
We absolutely couldn’t have done the wedding without her. She really ensured the day went as smoothly as possible and it was so nice to know our big day was in her capable hands. She also took so many wonderful photos & videos from start to finish, which was such an added bonus and something we will have & treasure forever.

We got married in May 2023 at Church Farm Tithe Barn, in West Dean. Stacey and her team were our on the day co-ordinator, and I cannot praise the team enough. With 180ish guests, and running our bar, they were outstanding! They kept things moving smoothly, looked after our guests and even made up food boxes for my husband and I to enjoy after the night as we didn't get a chance to eat in the evening.
Stacey and her team are all so friendly, and go above and beyond. You can see how much they love what they do. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for an on the day co-ordinator.

Stacey and her team were brilliant, we initially met her at our venue (Church Farm Tithe Barn) and she helped us to plan our perfect day from start to finish. She recommended some fantastic suppliers and we were so happy with how our day came together.
Stacey had a pivotal part in making sure that every supplier had all the information they needed and turned up in the right place at the right time which was one of my biggest anxieties! Despite being heavily pregnant Stacey managed to be there to support us on the day and her team (Jess & Dana) were incredible, we didn’t have to worry about a thing all day.
I would 100% recommend having ‘on the day coordinators’ which I didn’t know were a thing until planning our own wedding, we would have been lost without them!

Absolutely AMAZING!!
Stacey was our on the day coordinator and she was amazing from start to finish along with her assistant Dana.
I didn’t have to worry about a thing all day and everything was exactly how we wanted it. Stacey and Dana helped with set up, getting everyone organised and ready, taking extra photos and videos for us that I didn’t even think about and being there for us all day for whatever we needed even helped taking me to the toilet haha!
Couldn’t recommend a better wedding planner even from our first meeting she was so helpful!

I don’t think that I would have been able to honestly say my wedding was as good as it was without her. I booked her for on the day coordination and its some of the best money I’ve ever spent. Stacey went above and beyond for Adam and myself, leading up to our December wedding, covid looked like it might interfere, but Stacey kept me cool, calm and collected. In a time that was filled with so much uncertainty it was a life saver having Stacey on hand to help me through.
In all honesty, if I were to do it all again I would have booked her for the full planning service! Stacey, you made my wedding amazing, you felt like a best friend on had to help at any moment. I couldn’t have asked for more.
If you are looking for a wedding or an event coordinator then I would rate her service as not 5 star but a billion stars as five doesn’t do her justice.

To our lovely Stacey, where do we start?
As a person who loves planning and organising, I was so excited after my engagement to get started. I soon realised I was totally out of my comfort zone, it’s very overwhelming as there is so many decisions and choices to make, I was really nervous of booking anything, what if I book someone dodgy or I am overpaying? You only want the best for your big day and it’s not something you do everyday, so that’s when I decided to seek the help of a professional wedding planner.
I searched the web and got in contact with Stacey as she offered a free consultation, so I thought the worst that could happen was I would be back at square 1!
The first time we met Stacey I felt instantly at ease, she has such a positive attitude and a passion for what she does.
She really is one of the loveliest ladies we have ever met. I can honestly say with her assistance and guidance, when I look back on it all it was just as enjoyable as the big day and we will really miss having her by our side.
Having a wedding planner is a great way of seeking the right contacts and suppliers, and also broadening your horizons on ideas you may have.
We know our day would not have run so smoothly if it was not for Stacey’s great attention to detail!

We were confident enough to do the majority of the forward planning but wanted someone we could trust to ensure the day ran smoothly and after meeting Stacey for the first time, it was obvious she was person we needed!
Stacey has such a wonderful personality, she is incredibly bubbly, totally approachable and very really organised. Stacey was very thorough in her approach and we would highly recommend her. She surprised us with little touches like having a welcome drink for us when we arrived back at home. Stacey was always in the right place at the right time and wasn’t afraid to mingle with the guests. It was like she was part of the family. She took the day in her stride and we never felt like we ‘had a coordinator’ at the event - the best kind!
