Our Premium Coordination service is delivered by our experienced SP Weddings team, ensuring seamless, professional support from start to finish. We work discreetly behind the scenes, managing logistics, suppliers and timings with precision and care, so everything flows effortlessly and your venue looks exactly as you envisioned, allowing you and your loved ones to relax and be fully present.
Consider us your calm constant on the day, your professional PA, your discreet problem solver, or even your wedding besties. We anticipate what you need before you even have to ask, take care of the details quietly in the background, and step in wherever support is needed, ensuring your day feels luxurious, effortless and joyful from beginning to end.

We offer two Premium Coordination options, allowing you to choose the level of personal involvement that feels right for you.

This Premium Team-Led Package Includes:
• Your own personalised wedding day schedule, accessible from booking right through to your wedding day
• A final details meeting approximately one month before your wedding to review and confirm all plans
• Ongoing support and WhatsApp communication following the final meeting
• Full liaison with all booked suppliers to confirm timings, logistics and final details
• Meeting suppliers on the wedding day for deliveries, set-up and drop-offs
• Coordination of remaining venue set-up, including table plans, decor and styling elements
• Assistance across up to two locations if required (e.g. ceremony and reception venue)
• Management and coordination of the order of events throughout the day
• Guest announcements where required
• Support with any additional tasks that arise on the day
• Use of our fully stocked emergency wedding kit
• A Senior Wedding Coordinator supported by an assisting Coordinator, present on the day for up to 10 hours

The Premium Owner-Led Package includes everything within our Team-Led service with the following enhanced level of personal involvement from Stacey:

• A dedicated 60-minute Planning Support Call (our signature Power Hour) with Stacey, designed to refine your plans, troubleshoot logistics and ensure your timeline flows beautifully
• A final details meeting approximately one month before your wedding, personally led by Stacey
• Ongoing direct WhatsApp support with Stacey following the final meeting
• Stacey as your lead coordinator on the day, supported by an assisting SP Weddings Coordinator, present for up to 10 hours

Destination
Wedding Coordination
Includes all elements of our Premium Owner-Led Coordination service, delivered seamlessly at your destination.
For couples planning their wedding abroad who would love the reassurance of having an experienced coordinator with them on the day.
Destination weddings offer incredible settings and unforgettable moments, but they also come with additional logistics and planning considerations. Having your very own dedicated coordinator by your side ensures everything runs smoothly, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

Your wedding will be led by Stacey as Lead Coordinator, supported by a member of the SP Team. Together, we oversee supplier arrivals, manage the timeline, support your guests and ensure every detail flows seamlessly throughout the day.

Just as we do across the UK, our role is to bring everything together so you can focus on celebrating with your loved ones.
​
Travel and accommodation for the coordination team will be arranged by Stacey Page Weddings and are included within the above investment.

Power Hours
These are perfect for couples who are happy doing the planning themselves but simply need a little guidance along the way!!I will be your planning 'fairy godmother', whether it be, you need my help creating your wedding day timeline, you need help with supplier recommendations or advice...Whatever you specifically need, I'm here for you!
You can book me for an hour (or more!) whenever you wish during your journey to chat via a video call. Upon booking this service, I ask that you email me prior to your 'power hour' a list or description of what it is you want out of our call. This ensures you are getting the most out of your hour call.

Planning Support
From the very first ideas through to the final moments of your wedding day, we provide seamless, considered support at every stage. We oversee the planning process with precision and care; managing timelines, logistics, suppliers and guest details so everything feels effortless, organised and beautifully aligned.
This service is about more than planning; it’s about trust. You’ll have an experienced professional guiding decisions, refining details and anticipating what’s needed before it’s ever felt. With a calm, discreet presence and unwavering attention to detail, we ensure your wedding journey feels as enjoyable and refined as the day itself, always supported, and never overwhelming.

Additional Staff
Looking to elevate your event experience? Our additional SP team members are on hand to provide seamless support throughout your day from serving drinks and canapes during your reception, to running a DIY bar or assisting with food service.
For dry hire venues, we can even remain on-site until the end of the evening to pack away decor and furniture, so there’s nothing for you to worry about the following day. It’s all about taking care of the details, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your occasion.

Wedding Witnesses

For couples choosing a quiet, intimate ceremony, our Wedding Witness Service offers calm, professional support for one of life’s most meaningful moments.
Whether you’re planning a beautifully simple statutory ceremony, a legal marriage ahead of a destination wedding, or a private Civil Partnership, this service allows you to focus entirely on one another knowing every legal detail is taken care of.
With thoughtful preparation and a discreet, reassuring presence on the day, we ensure your ceremony feels relaxed, seamless and beautifully supported from start to finish.
